Mike Adams possesses more than 20 years of mortgage lending experience. Previously, Mike was Senior Vice-President of Accredited Home Lending, a publicly traded lender located in San Diego, CA. MIke oversaw the Florida Division which included management of over 130 employees. Mike attended The Ohio State University. He is married to Chris and enjoys spending time with his three young children, Matthew, Katie and Erin. Mike enjoys sports, traveling, and Ohio State athletics.
Chad Kiner possesses more than 7 years of real estate lending, property/asset management, and development and finance experience. Chad, most recently has worked in the Commercial Lending Industry for Collateral Mortgage as a Commercial Loan Specialist. Chad has expanded his knowledge of the real estate industry through graduate coursework at the University of Florida where he engaged in advanced academic real estate analysis. Chad received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from The Ohio State University. Chad currently resides in Columbus, OH and enjoys time with his friends, traveling, recreational activities, and Ohio State athletics.
